Sovereignty was never ceded. I respectfully acknowledge the Turrbal people as the Traditional Owners of the land on which I live, work, and am raising my children. I have benefitted from colonisation, and will continue to benefit from it. For that, I hold deep gratitude and responsibility. I pay sincere respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
